Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and general office support duties
2. Maintain good filing systems for smooth documents retrieval
3. Assist in preparation of reports, correspondences and other documentations
4. Ensure proper, complete, accurate and timely processing of documents
Requirements:
1. STPM/SPM
2. Minimum 1 year working experience
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good oral and written communication skills
4. Pleasant personality with cheerful disposition
5. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
