MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF HOTELS (MAH) is the umbrella body for hotels in Malaysia. Formed in 1974 as the Malaysian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MAHAR), it was later changed to MAH in 1983.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
2. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
3. Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
4. Coordinate outgoing postage, courier and fax broadcast activities, ensure successful deliveries and correct documentation
5. Pick up incoming mail and date stamp all correspondence
6. Assist in the preparation of meetings, reports and correspondences
7. Compile and update office files, documents and news articles
8. Provide word-processing and secretarial support, data entry and research tasks to all Executives in their respective functions as requested.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Admin Manager or the Chief Operating Officer from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U in any field with at least 1 year working experience.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Good spoken English
4. Computer literate especially in MS Word and Excel
5. Pleasant personality
6. Preferably female between 21 - 30 years old
7. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
8. Full-Time positions available.
9. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
