Area Sales Executive / Manager (Sarawak)

Job Description

1. To manage a set of distributors and to drive a team of distributor sales staff in achieving set company goals in sales and receivables and distribution.
2. To ensure proper execution and implementation of HQ planned activities by the sales team.
3. Constantly building the company’s business in the state of Sarawak by identifying market potential, upgrading the distributor sales team performance and resolving issues.
4. Provide feedback on competitors’ activities in both modern and general trade segments.

Job Requirements

1. Preferably with Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
2. Candidates with experience but without tertiary education may also be considered for the position.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in FMCG business.
4. Possess leadership qualities and result-driven attitude.
5. Applicants should be familiar with Sarawak market, key account buyers and wholesalers.
6. Computer literate.
