Assistant Examinations Services Officer
The successful candidate will support the Examinations Services Officer to provide effective support in planning and arranging examinations in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring that they are delivered in accordance to the Examinations Customer Service Standards, IELTS Administration guidelines and as set by IELTS partners from time to time, and other UK exam boards.
The Person
1. Minimum Diploma level qualification with 1 year related working experience
2. Fluent written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. Excellent level of customer orientation
4. A strong team player with ability to work across competing priorities and deadlines
5. Willing to work from Tuesday to Saturday and occasional unsocial hours to meet the obligations of exam services including weekend
