Draka Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a member company of Draka Holdings N.V., a Dutch MNC listed on the Euronext, Amsterdam. We distribute and manufacture a wide range of electrical and special low voltage cables for the Building, Marine, Oil & Gas industries in the Asia Pacific region.
In line with our business growth, we are seeking outstanding professional to fill the following position in our Melaka office:-
Assistant Human Resource Manager (Melaka)
Job Description:
1. Assist HR Manager in all recruitment activities for the company.
2. Advise Line managers on any HR-related issues and implement appropriate HR programs to support business goals.
3. Review HR policies and practices and made appropriate recommendations.
4. Work with the HR Manager on key HR initiatives like performance management process, career development activities, succession planning.
5. Work with the HR Manager to manage the compensation and benefits function to ensure that compensation levels are appropriate and competitive.
6. Act as a channel of feedback between Employees and Line managers through regular employee communications and dialogue sessions.
7. Work with the HR Executive in organizing all employee welfare activities in the company.
8. Assist in all administration functions for the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource.
2. Minimum 5 years of related HR experience, preferably male candidate from MNC.
3. Candidates who are currently in Senior Execuitve level are encouraged to apply.
4. Good knowledge in Employment Law.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
6. Able to maintain confidentiality and discreet in handling sensitive information.
7. People-oriented with high degree of initiative to get things done.
