Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (CCB) is one of Malaysia’s oldest companies and has proudly been associated with Mercedez-Benz since 1951. In addition we are subsidiary of Jardine Matheson who celebrated their 175th anniversary in 2007. We have 280,000 employees worldwide and are also involved with the Sales and Service of Mercedez-Benz in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and the UK. In line with our business expansion, we therefore have immediate vacancies for the following positions:
a) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive (PJ)
Requirements:
1. Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge in languages will be an advantage.
3. Minimum experience of 1 year is preferred.
4. A team player and able to work independetly.
5. Experience in handling customer service, database management, market research, advertising, and event management.
6. Posses strong interpersonal, communication and writing skill.
7. Analytical and able to grasp technical concept swiftly.
b) Sales Executive (Klang Valley, Ipoh, Johor)
c) Sales Administration Assistant (Klang Valley)
d) Brand Ambassador (Klang Valley)
Requirements for b,c,d:
1. Minimum Diploma/Certificate or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
2. Proficiency in Bahasa malaysia and English
3. Passion for customer service
4. A team player and have ability to work independently
5. Posses strong interpersonal, communication skills
Motor industry experience is not prerequisite for any of the positions as we will provide a comprehensive induction and training program.
