Nepline Berhad is a public listed company engaged in diversified business activities in shipping which includes ship owning and other related logistic and maritime transportation services. Our subsidiary, Nepline Biotechnology Sdn Bhd, operates High Powered Ultra sound technology to extract lecithin from crude palm oil mills for use in food and industrial applications. In line with our business needs, we invite suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Company Secretary
The successful candidate will be handling company secretarial functions, legal and compliance review as well as other related corporate services for the company and its subsidiaries.
Requirements:
1. Posses ICSA qualification and a registered member of MAICSA.
2. At least 5 years experience in company secretarial practice, preferably with hands on experience in PLC company.
3. Familiar with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
4. Computer literate & proficient in written English & Bahasa Malaysia
