CREDIT ANALYST (Kuala Lumpur - Shah Alam, Penang, Ipoh & Kuching)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide credit evaluation, mitigation and recommendations to enable decision-makers to formulate well-informed decisions with the objective to protect the Bank’s asset quality and satisfy borrowers’ needs.
2. Evaluate and verify quality of credit proposals submitted by business units before signing off for the relevant approving authority’s decision within the stipulated time frame.
3. Assist decision makers in managing internal and external credit issues by providing necessary and accurate information.
4. Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Evaluate competency of credit personnel for training requirements.
6. Provide training support.
Requirements:
1. Possess an Honours Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Business and Finance from a recognized University with a minimum CGPA of 2.75.
2. Experience in credit processing/evaluation of Corporate/Commercial loan applications from various industries.
3. Good analytical skills in credit evaluation and credit risk assessment
4. Computer literate.
5. Strong command of written and spoken English.
6. Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance
7. Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
8. Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
