Walk in Interview as Customer Care Consultant (12 months contract, Bandar Sunway)
Job responsibilities:
1. Identify and handle customer’s enquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
2. Educate the customer about the organization’s products and services and direct them towards available resources for self-help
3. Maximize opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell company products and service in accordance to guidelines given
4. Enter customer data and other relevant information into the call centre database
5. Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s customers and data
6. Adhere to work schedules as planned
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
2. Degree & Diploma holders who are interested in the customer service industry are encouraged to apply
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and computer savvy
4. Able to multitask, possess good problem solving skills and demonstrate a positive and service orientated attitude
5. Able to work on rotational shifts
6. Must be willing to work in the Bandar Sunway Area
7. Open to Malaysian Citizen only

Venue : Maxis Sunway Contract Centre, Menara Sunway (Jalan Lagun Timur), 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
