Customer Service Officer (Penang Based)
Job Description:
1. Replying of complaints by purchasers & redirecting the complaints to the dept concerned and ensuring the problems had been rectified.
2. Sending of Birthday cards and seasonal greeting cards
3. Coordination of concierge services for completed projects
4. Company branding and corporate image
5. New project update to all relevant purchasers
6. Organizing of customer service activities such carnivals or joint promotions with other products
7. Promotion of Hunza Priority Card whereby repeat buyers will be given a certain percentage of discounts
8. Update of site progress
9. Publication of a bi-annually newsletter
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate need to have some sales and technical background (preferably in property development) and has good communications skills whether written or spoken.
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies in related filed.
3. 3 to 5 years hands on experience in related field.
4. Conversant in English and Malay.
