Customer Service Operation Manager (KL,PJ)
Annual base salary up to RM 110,000
Jobs Description:
1. Plan and strategize to ensure smooth customer service operations
2. Develop and motivate employees to deliver world class customer service.
3. Drive service improvements and standards to achieve excellent customer experience.
4. Leverage technology for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Recognized University Degree
2. Minimum 5 years of professional or management experience..
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent analytical and planning skills.
