Customer Service Representative (KLIA Sepang, Bayan Lepas Penang)
Annual base salary up to RM 22,400
Jobs Description:
1. Act as a single point for all customer inquiries and requests over the telephone.
2. Advise customers on import/export documentation requirements.
3. Analyze and investigate root cause of service failures.
4. Resolve issues appropriately based on company policies and procedures.
5. Promote customers awareness of our services, manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
2. Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Computer Literate.
4. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work on shifts as the business requires.
