Sunway Medical Centre Berhad is multi-disciplinary acute tertiary care hospital, located in the integrated resort of Bandar Sunway. In view of our expansion plans, we wish to invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position.
Customer Service/Front Desk Officer
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
2. Pleasant disposition and service oriented.
3. Good people relations skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
4. Able to handle cashiering duties and work on 2 or 3 shifts.
