Facilities and Human Resource Manager

The successful candidate will work:

1. To ensure that we provide and maintain an environment for staff and visitors which is safe, attractive, comfortable and conducive and which makes a positive statement about Britain and British Council to clients and customers.
2. To ensure value for money procurement and risk management processes meet corporate standards and follow current best practices
3. To assist the Senior Manager, Human Resource to create a conducive HR environment in which staff can contribute effectively to achieve the British Council’s objectives in Malaysia

The Person

1. Degree or Diploma in Facilities, Business Administration or Human Resource
2. Proven ability in Business Management, especially in managing risk and cost control
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
4. Self starter, achievement oriented and strong team player
