F&B Manager / Asst. F&B Manager
Job Requirements:
1. Plan, organise and supervise the preparation and serving of meals.
2. Order food and supplies
3. Determine marketing needs for the preparation kitchen
4. Determine labor needs for preparation kitchen, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate work of assigned food service employees.
5. Monitor sanitation and food quality.
6. Plan and provide meal service for special events held at the preparation site.
7. Attend meetings and make presentations as required.
8. Maintain records of food production, financial data and inventories, supervise the counting and balancing of cash received, analyze meal production and participation data and prepare a variety of auditable reports.
