Female Administrator
Job Description:
1. Manage and handle administrative tasks.
2. Conduct proper filing and records.
3. Other administrative tasks as assigned by your superior.
4. Preparing and maintaining business records/reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Certificate or Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, business administration or computing.
2. With or without working experience.
3. Other related professional certification.
4. In the similar capacity for at least 1 year.
5. Work in Information Technology environment( preferred).
6. Good English command.
7. Able to record business and project discussion.
8. Good in human communication.
9. With basic HR knowledge.
10. Aware of telephone manners.
11. Capable of organizing and scheduling of events.
12. Have basic IT knowledge with word processing and spreadsheet capability.
13. Basic administrative and management knowledge.
14. Capable or organize and conduct filing system – Hardcopy and softcopy.
15. Proficiency in English, BM, Mandarin language.
16. With own transport.
17. Work location in PJ office near 1 UTAMA- prefer to have candidate stay nearby.
18. Work 5 days week.
19. Independent and Willing to work hard.
