About the Finance Trainee Programme:
1. Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous and comprehensive 3 years training programme intended for them to be admitted as members of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the largest professional accountancy body in Europe and the most valuable finance-based business qualification.
2. This programme is designed to provide Finance Trainees with the relevant exposure in accounting, internal audit and corporate planning functions, combining hands-on experience with study to prepare for the ICAEW examinations
3. Upon successful completion of the training programme, and depending on their performance, they will be fast-tracked to become future leaders of the Group.
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates with at least Second Class Upper Honours Degree. Non accounting graduates are encouraged to apply e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Law, Economics and Literature.
2. A minimum of 7 distinctions from SPM/O-Level and 3 distinctions from A Levels/STPM or equivalent.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Analytical mind with sharp commercial perspective
5. Active involvement in extra-curricular activities and have held leadership positions
