A fast track program to groom experienced Executives into future key business drivers for both F&N Dairies Malaysia and Thailand. Incumbents will be assigned to projects and developed to acquire managerial skills and business acumen.
Requirements:
1. Malaysian graduates from local or overseas universities
2. Possess 3-5 years of working experience
3. Between 25-30 years of age
4. Active in extra curricular activities, preferably in leadership positions
5. Multilingual with strong command of English
6. Analytical, creative, opinionated and with good sense of humor.
