Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
The selected candidate will be assisting the Manager, Maintenance & Operations in all housekeeping aspects at Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Centre. The selected candidates will be responsible for the following:-
1. Manage, monitor and supervise cleaning and housekeeping contracts
2. Daily supervision of cleaning operation by the contractor to ensure compliance to contract
3. Plan and monitor the execution of periodic cleaning and housekeeping activities by the contractor
4. Ensure that all housekeeping contracts are in compliance with safety and health standards
5. Able to attend and respond to emergency situation in the building
Job Requirements
The desired candidate should possess the following:
1. At least SPM with minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
2. Good knowledge of safety and health standards.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and time constraints.
5. Able to work on shift .
6. Able to start immediately.
