Human Resources Manager (Based in Bkt Jelutong, Shah Alam)
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience in a managerial capacity
2. Well versed in labor legislation and current HR trends
3. Strong Management and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and drive change
4. Highly committed, self motivated, pro active and results oriented with uncompromising integrity
5. Able to communicate with personnel at all levels
6. Good presentation skills, articulate, good negotiator
7. Good command in written and spoken language viz English and Bahasa Malaysia
8. First experience in “learning and Development”
9. Knowledge of BOSS32 software advantageous
