NAZA TTDI is embarking on development of properties in the proximity of KLCC along with a series of high-end high rise and other types of properties in Shah Alam. In line with our expansion programme, we invite suitably qualified Malaysians who are results oriented and of high caliber to apply for the following position:
Human Resource Manager/Assistant Manager
The successful candidate is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions namely payroll administrations, employee records, compensation & benefits, GHS, GPA, training and recruitment. Administrate the Human Resource policies, guidelines and code of conducts to all employees
Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Preferably Human Resource Generalist with minimum 10 years working experience
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
3. Knowledge in HRMS will be an added advantage
