In line with our rapid growth, we are seeking dynamic and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position based in Malaysia.
Human Resource Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure local HR governance practices are in line with the corporate framework.
2. Manage recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and local HR budget.
3. Operationalize ‘People Strategies’
4. Provide labor law-related consulting to managers and employees
5. Coordinate and support global projects, i.e. Pulse Meter, Performance Management & all the administrative work related to HR
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and writing)
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint,Excel)
3. Good communication skills, hands-on, responsible and has the initiative
4. Bachelor Degree or Above
5. At least 5 years of Human Resource related experiences
6. Responsible for all Human Resource issues in Malaysia
7. Frequently debriefing and communication with country GM is essential
