ICT Support Officer
Job Requirements
1. Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in deployment and administration of Windows 2000 / 2003 Server, SQL Server / Lotus Domino / Notes R7.02, firewall, switches, load balancing, hubs, VPN, wireless and LAN / WAN infrastructures.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Provide system administration and user support including maintaining and trouble shooting hardware / software, installation, upgrades, repair works, network monitoring, system security, back up solution, PABX system and website maintenance.
5. Handling all ICT documentation & inventory reports
Applicants should be computer literate, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills and able to work independently.
