Honhub Travel is a well established travel agency offering outbound, inbound packages and air- ticketing services. In line with our rapid business expansion, we are now seeking suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies.
Inbound / Outbound Tour Operation Executive
Job Description
1. Inbound Tour: Co-ordinate inbound tour bookings from overseas agent, i.e: co-ordinate hotels, transport companies, tour guides and other relevant tour service provider.
2. Reservations and processing of group and individual traveller booking including flight, hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement as well as handling other associated tasks.
3. Outbound Tour: Attending to walk in customers, telephone and e-mail enquiries for ticketing, tour packages, visas, ground arrangement and others related travel arrangement.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in inbound or outbound tour operation is definitely.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Candidate must possess a Diploma in IATA/ UFTAA or any service/ hospitality/ related field.
4. Familiar with Global Distribution Systems such as Abacus and etc.
5. Self motivated, good interpersonal skills, responsible, hardworking, ability to work under pressure and long hours and able to work independently.
6. Required skill: MS office, Outlook Express/ Internet application.
7. Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
