Job Description
The candidate will assist the Legal & Secretarial Division in carrying out all duties and activities pertaining to the Legal & Secretarial functions of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Job Requirements
1. The desired candidate should possess the following:-
2. A recognized Law Degree with preferably 2-3 years experience in conveyancing.
3. Exposure in drafting sale and purchase agreements, tenancy and lease agreements in respect of land, residential and commercial properties.
4. Well versed with the National Land Code provisions.
5. Exposure in litigation matters is an added advantage.
6. Computer literate with excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and time constraints, hardworking, willing to learn, driven with high level of enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills.
