Legal Executive (Johor – Masai)
Job Description
1. Perform in-depth reviews of the company’s business framework to ensure compliance to the various laws and regulations.
2. Group for Legal & Corporate Secretarial on the legal matters of the group of companies.
3. Drafting of contract and legal documents and liaising with the company’s external solicitors for company, joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and etc.
4. Manage the legal team.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Job Requirements
1. Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Masai, Johor.
5. Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
6. Preferably junior executives specializing in business law.
7. Work exposure should include manufacturing Industry.
8. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
9. Has to be meticulous and the ability to both multi-task and work independently in ever changing environment.
