Library Assistant (Multiple Posts)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Acquisitions Unit, Cataloging Unit and Circulation Unit.
2. Involve in the processing and ordering new materials, downloading of records from external databases, cataloging, editing and enhancing records in the collection, offering loan services and compiling and analyzing relevant statistics.
Requirements:
1. Minimum a Diploma in relevant field
2. At least 2 years working experience in a library
3. Computer literate, with knowledge of handling automated library systems.
4. Able to work independently and communicate well with people at all levels
5. Other necessary attributes include a pleasant personality, a good team player, proactive and resourceful
