The After-sales business of the Mercedez-Benz and FUSO brands comprise of Parts Operations, Technical and Service Organization, Marketing and Training. Through the integration of these three divisions, we pursue the direction of profitable growth by focusing our activities towards customer’s needs.
To strengthen our position and ensure sustainable success in malaysia, Mercedez-Benz Malaysia is looking for young and dynamic talents to join our After-Sales CAReer Program.
Management Trainees (After Sales)
Our goal is to groom high potential individuals to become our managers of tomorrow. Successful candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees and undergo an extensive 18 months on-the-job training program where they will be exposed to all operational and key processes of the After Sales functions. Upon the successful completion of the program, Trainees will be appointed as an executive or engineer at our After Sales department.
Requirements:
1. Aged between 22 and 25
2. Excellent academic track record with at least a Second Class Upper Honors or minimum graduating CGPA of 3.00
3. Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of a third language preferably German is an advantage.
3. Computer literate.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and strong organizational skills.
5. Articulate, proactive and willing to adapt challenges.
6. Demonstrated leadership qualities via co-curriculum activities.
7. Resourceful, self motivated, open minded and able to multi task.
8. Equally capable of working independently and/or within a team environment
9. Posses a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
