Manager, Legal & Compliance
Requirements:
1. LLB Degree, CLP
2. At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in active legal practice or in a legal department of a company with sufficient exposure in handling legal issues, providing legal advice and opinions, vetting, perusing, and/or drafting legal documents, encompassing agreements, contract negotiation and business arrangements
3. Exposure in dealing with compliance related matters and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations, liaising with Bank Negara/regulatory bodies and familiarity with Bank Negara regulations
4. Drafting, formulating and reviewing internal policies and procedures for the company’s business
5. Ability to perform in depth reviews of the company’s business framework and ensuring that the backend process adhere to the applicable policies, rules and regulations
6. High proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, computer literate and strong commitment to ensure corporate/legal compliance
