Manufacturing Technicians (Walk In Interview)
The job:
In this position, you will be performing daily manufacturing tasks including supporting production loading to meet output and sustaining equipment performance to meet high standards of quality, productivity, cost, high value inventory (HVI) controls and other Critical Success Indicator (CSI) in a safety environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Performing production setup, calibration and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
2. Performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
3. Being accountable for dismantling, adjusting, repairing and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
4. Using a relatively high degree of judgment in resolving non standards problems
5. Receiving general instructions on most work within generally defined parameters
Requirements:
1. 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute and/or college and/or university with minimum CGPA of 3.0
2. Working experience in a manufacturing related field, especially semiconductors is preferred
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Required to work 12 hour rotating day/night shift schedule
