Production Manager (based in Bandar Baru Bangi)
Job Description:
1. Direct production, manage the facilities and supervise the manufacturing process to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with established standards.
2. Explore and analyze technical, production and management disciplines.
3. Conduct continuous improvement and implement effective control mechanisms to maximize resource utilization & achieve high productivity and operation efficiency while maintain the product quality and competitive cost structure.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering / Food Technology / Operations Management or equivalent.
2. 3 – 5 years production operations experience, preferably with engineering background in food manufacturing environment.
3. In depth knowledge in the food processing, ISO9001, HACCP, QCC, FMEA and other problem solving techniques.
4. Good knowledge of production planning, quality control and machinery maintenance.
5. Good analytical skills with the ability to implement continual improvements.
6. Ability to work under pressure as well as work long and staggered hours.
7. Senior executives / engineers with more than 5 years experience specializing in production operations are encouraged to apply.
