HL-Manufacturing Industries Sdn Bhd - A well-established building materials company based in Senai, Johor Bahru invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professional for the following position:
Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager
Job Description:
1. To organize and optimize the usage of company’s resources
2. To lead the production/project team in the carrying out turnkey projects according to predefined plan, time schedule and budget
3. To ensure stringent quality control to satisfaction of clients and projects requirement are met while maintaining high productivity and cost control
Job Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Technology
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in manufacturing and construction of buildings components / construction industry with recent experience in a senior position
3. Capable of working independently, good construction knowledge, manage construction team and overall progress of progress of projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
4. Able to liaise with Consultants, Clients, authorities and sub-contractors
5. Knowledge of building construction using RC precast component
6. Excellent leadership qualities, management interpersonal skills and able to manage production activities, including safety & quality
7. Possess own transport
