Programme Assistant

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Programmer Officer, the individual will be responsible to provide administrative and logistical support to Disaster Risk Reduction (DDR) department in planning and implementing programmes and activities, besides conducting research, collect/disseminate information required.

Requirements:

1. University level qualification but previous relevant experience will be considered in lieu of this.
2. Strong existing computer skills with Microsoft office.
3. Experience in literature searching including websites, libraries or other media.
4. Must be able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
5. Strong spoken and written communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
