Property Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Provide current market insights on the industry/rental comparison/database
2. Evaluation of the site and report writing
3. Assist in market mapping/network development
4. Assist other property field staff in related tasks
Requirements:
1. Degree in Property Management/Estate Management or related discipline
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in Property Management/Real Estate/Property Consultancy
3. Possess own transport and willing to travel
4. Good interpersonal skills, team player and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
6. Experience in retail businesses and background experience with shopping complex are advantageous
