Quality Assurance Executive ( Petaling Jaya, Selangor )

Responsibilities:

1. To compile data and evidence and to identify performance gap.
2. To liaise with the respective faculties/dept and to ensure the audit requirements are fulfilled.
3. To arrange budget, to conduct assessment visit/audit and to monitor the corrective action on non-conformance is carried out.
4. To plan the yearly training and awareness program pertaining to quality. To monitor and report the execution, issue, progress and effectiveness of the program.
5. To plan the agenda, memo of meeting and other arrangement for the Management Review Meeting after every Internal Audit. To write minutes of meeting and to ensure that materials of meeting is collected and ready for the meeting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
2. At least 1 year experience in audit.
3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia , good communication skills.
4. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
