Recruitment Consultants / Associates (KL)
Job Description
1. Developing strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to recruitment, selection and search services.
2. Managing the recruitment process and procedures to meet business partners’ needs in the IT sector.
3. Strategic advice and maintain strong communications with the business partners ensuring a cohesive relationship and communications are in place.
4. Working closely with your team for mutual benefit on leads and winning business.

Job Requirements
1. A strong communicator and facilitator who possess an analytical mind and good interpersonal skills.
2. Possess leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude.
3. Passionate, high-energy individual with excellent communication & organisational skills.
4. Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science and/or any others equivalent field.
5. We also welcome Retirees / Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
6. Candidates with ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin would be advantageous.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
