Reservation & Ticketing Executive
Job Description
Attend to ticketing, reservation, quotation, invoice, other general operational and duties as deemed fit by the management.
Job Requirements
1. Computer knowledge of Abacus CRS.
2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
3. Matured, highly motivated, ability to work under pressure and long hours and good personality.
4. Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma/ Degree in Travel or Tourism studies.
5. Excellent communication skills, good telephone etiquette and customer – oriented.
