Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Smooth running of the day to day operations in restaurant, staff training, budget planning & supervision of all staffs.
• Conduct on the job training.
• Devise and implement cost control.
• Manage to control inventory & food control.
• Identifies and develops sales and profit building initiatives, sales forecasting and business cases.
• To enhance the relationship with the customers.
• To constantly monitor the state of service and service standard.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Able to effectibely handle and resolve all the concerned.
• Ability work in the flexible schedule and overtime.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• A highly motivated team player, independent and able to work within tight deadlines.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens (Malay) or hold relevant residence status.
