Senior Executive, Analytic Systems & Change Management (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Support the Section to:-
1. Develop, support & maintain the credit risk analytic application software embarked by Credit Risk Analytics or participate in initiatives where Credit Risk Management is a stakeholder.
2. Plan and manage training programmes to educate Group-Wide end users on the CRRS, Retail Scoring, Financial Spreading tool and related credit risk analytic application softwares.
3. Establish the necessary user manuals on the CRRS and Retail Scoring applications.
4. Assist in the formulation, development and publication of risk rating-related credit policies for Group-Wide implementation.
5. Organize briefing to users & relevant parties to inculcate risk rating culture for the enterprise and retail segments.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with CGPA of 2.75 and above.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in corporate/ commercial credit in a financial institution, particularly in the areas of loan origination, processing and/ or loan work-out/ recovery with exposure to automated workflow process environment.
3. Experience in running IT project and supporting/ maintaining IT system as a business analyst.
4. Knowledge/ experience in IT programming is an added advantage.
5. Experience in conducting training, especially IT system training.
