Real Estate Asset Management Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Manages and assigned portfolio of restaurant leases (lease and rental negotiations, renewal & extension of tenancy, tenancy rewrites, financial implications & recommendations on reinvestment analysis)
2. Manage a portfolio excess properties
3. Manages a database of leased sites
4. Ability to anticipate, enforce or resolve the lease rights
Requirements:
1. Degree in Business/Finance/Estate Management/Property Management
2. Minimum 5 years experience in property management or related skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Able to work independently and in teams
5. Knowledge in Contract Law is an added advantage
6. Good leadership skills with ability to lead, train and manage a team
