SMT Equipment Engineer (Penang, 2 vacancies)
Job Description:
1. Coordinate for the equipment line system set up to meet product and process development
2. Equipment upkeep / upgrade and maintenance, perform periodic machines inspection, self-audit to meet quality system requirement
3. Responsible for all in-house SMT equipment spare parts inventory control and budget monitoring
4. Supervise a group of line equipment technicians to upkeep equipments / feeder to meet the set target SMT components’ throw rate and meeting production schedule
5. Productivity enhancement through line equipment efficiency improvement
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT working environment
3. Competent in handling SMT Equipment / Machine Characterization / troubleshooting analysis, optimization & automation control
