Technician (Kepong, Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description:
1. Use diagnostic tools, skills and experience to attempt to resolve all incidents assigned
2. Correctly referring case to local second line support teams
3. Keep users informed of the status of their service requests
4. Working to meet Service Agreements
5. Prioritizing order of case handling to avoid breaches
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must be qualified in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2. Good diagnostic skills
3. Ability to follow procedures
4. Customer focused approach to work
5. Ability to understand flow diagrams to assist in problem diagnosis
6. Willing to work over-time
7. Willing to travel
