Telecollector / Credit Clerk (Bandar Tasik Selatan - Kuala Lumpur ,Tampoi - Johor , Kuantan - Pahang , Kota Bharu - Kelantan, Kuching - Sarawak.)
Job Description:
1. Ensuring payment due from customers is collected according to given credit terms.
2. Constant monitoring over due and delinquent accounts and follow up closely with customers on collection.
3. Implementing credit control procedures.
4. Assist in the monthly preparation of accounts and finance related area.
5. Undertake adhoc task assigned as and when required.
6. Train and coach subordinates and lead a team of Collections & support team.
Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge in credit control measure and legal aspects will be an added advantage.
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Responsible, perseverance and strong problem solving skills.
4. Excellent Career Development.
5. Committed and able to work independently.
This position is based in Bandar Tasik Selatan-Kuala Lumpur ,Tampoi-Johor , Kuantan-Pahang , Kota Bharu-Kelantan,Kuching-Sarawak.
