Telemarketing Executive (Senior and Junior Positions)
Job Description
1. You will be playing an active role in making appointments for the sales team and coordinating the sales process
2. For the junior position at least a minimum if 1 year of telemarketing experience.
3. The senior position requires the candidate to have at least 3 years of experience in training and managing a team preferably in a call centre environment
4. To create, maintain and ensure all the databases are up to date
5. Source for new lists for databases (eg. Via Internet searches or relevant industry websites)
6. Manage and record all interactions with prospective business opportunities
7. Provide regular feedback and reporting of progress to relevant personnel
8. Must be confident, enjoy talking to people, sales-driven, resilient and prepared to deal with difficult customers and able to interact with various levels of people
Job Requirements
1. Minimum STPM / Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
2. Self motivated and disciplined to achieve sales targets
3. Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
4. Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are also essential
5. Proficient in Mircosoft Office application skill(s): Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Career path to other marketing positions is available based on proven performance in the current position
7. Applicants must be willing to work in P.J, Selangor
