In line with our recent growth strategy, we invite dynamic, results-oriented and suitably qualified professionals to join our team for the following position:
Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the maintenance of plants and utilities equipment
2. Lead, motivate and manage the Engineering team to implement improvement/modification projects
3. Ensure effective implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Programme
4. Lead team to improve productivity, reduce downtime and minimize wastage
Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 4 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Good leadership and communication skills
4. A good team player, independent, proactive, results-driven, innovative with self-motivation
