Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and handle customers’ inquiries
• Attend to all guests’/visitors’ enquiries at the reception counter
• Responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of effective receptionist tasks
• Attend to all incoming/outgoing calls
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
• Undertakes special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as required by superior
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or higher qualification
• At least 1 year’s working experience in a related field is essential
• Preferably Bumiputra female, aged between 21 - 30
• Presentable with good telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate in English
• Must be pleasant looking with good working attitude
• Must be computer literate (email & Microsoft Office)
• Preferably non-executives specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
• Able to start work immediately
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
